Quinoa Rice Salad
Ingredients:
- 40g carrots
- 30g king oyster mushrooms
- 30g seaweed
- 20g basil
- 30g red quinoa
- 30g milled rice with embryo
- 5g salt
- 15g pumpkin seed oil
Directions:
- Dice the carrots, king oyster mushrooms and seaweed. Then, shred the basil.
- After soaking the rice in water, place it in a rice cooker.
- Add all the ingredients, salt and 100cc of water, and steam until cooked.
- When ready, toss the quinoa rice salad with pumpkin seed oil.
