Italian Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 100g tomato purée
- 40g carrot
- 40g daikon radish
- 30g celery
- 1 bay leaf
- Pinch of Italian spices
- Pinch of paprika
- Virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Cut carrot, daikon radish and celery into dices.
- Sauté the diced ingredients with olive oil, then add Italian spices, paprika and tomato purée.
- Add bay leaf and water, then simmer until cooked through.
- Season with salt and serve.
