Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
- 30g raw almonds
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 1.5 bananas
- 100g chia seeds
- 500g coconut milk
- 2 dates
Directions:
- Soak the raw almonds overnight and remove the almond skins.
- Pit the dates and soak the pumpkin seeds in water.
- Blend the bananas, almonds, dates, pumpkin seeds and coconut milk together.
- Pour the mixture over the chia seeds and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Decorate with your toppings of choice and serve.
