Black Rice Vegetable Congee
Ingredients:
- 15g ginger
- 50g black rice
- 30g carrots
- 30g oyster mushrooms
- 30g green papaya
- 20g baby corn
- 20g celery
- 15g sesame oil
Directions:
- Skin the ginger and cut it into slices. Dice the green papaya, carrots, oyster mushrooms and baby corns. Mince the celery.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the ginger slices. Next, add the oyster mushroom and carrot dices.
- Add 500cc hot water, cooked black rice, green papaya and baby corn dices. Simmer until thickened.
- Add the minced celery last.
