Black Rice Salad
Ingredients:
- 60g black rice
- 60g bell peppers
- 60g spinach
- 60g broccoli
- 3g salt
- 20g black rice enzyme
- 20g flaxseed oil
Directions:
- Cut the vegetables.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the enzyme, oil, salt and set aside.
- On a pan, cook the broccoli with a little water.
- Add the spinach and the peppers.
- Plate the vegetables with the cooked rice and drizzle the sauce over.
