Deep-fried Banana Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 sheets of tofu skin
- 1/2 cucumber
- 37.5g carrots
- 37.5g vegetarian ham
- Vegetarian pork floss
- Fresh Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp crispy powder
- 3 tsp flour
- Handful of almond flakes
Directions:
- Prepare vegetarian ham and carrot strips, and pan-fry them until cooked.
- Cut the banana into halves, and cut the cucumber into strips.
- Mix flour, crispy powder with some water.
- Add mayonnaise to the readied ingredients and wrap them with a tofu skin.
- Soak the roll in the flour mixture, then coat it with almond flakes.
- Deep-fry the roll with medium heat until it turns crispy and golden. Cut into serving portions.
