Banana Roll
Ingredients:
- black rice 60g
- bell peppers 60g
- spinach 60g
- broccoli 60g
- salt 3g
- black rice enzyme 20g
- flaxseed oil 20g
Directions:
- Cut the vegetables.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the enzyme, oil, salt and set aside.
- On a pan, cook the broccoli with a little water, and when tender, add the spinach and the peppers.
- Plate the vegetables with the cooked rice and drizzle the sauce over.
