Banana Roll

Ingredients:

  • black rice 60g
  • bell peppers 60g
  • spinach 60g
  • broccoli 60g
  • salt 3g
  • black rice enzyme 20g
  • flaxseed oil 20g

Directions:

  1. Cut the vegetables.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing the enzyme, oil, salt and set aside.
  3. On a pan, cook the broccoli with a little water, and when                 tender, add the spinach and the peppers.
  4. Plate the vegetables with the cooked rice and drizzle the sauce       over.
