Simmered Vegetables with Camellia Oil
Ingredients:
- 50g daikon radish
- 50g cucumber
- 50g okra
- 15g ginger
- 3 star anise
- 15g camellia oil
- 5g salt
Directions:
- Cook chopped daikon radish with water, ginger slices and star anises until tender. Add okra pods, chopped cucumbers and cook through.
- Cut the okra pods and remove the stem ends. Mix everything with the seasoning and serve.
