Simmered Vegetables with Camellia Oil

Ingredients:

  • 50g daikon radish
  • 50g cucumber
  • 50g okra
  • 15g ginger
  • 3 star anise
  • 15g camellia oil
  • 5g salt

Directions:

  1. Cook chopped daikon radish with water, ginger slices and star anises until tender. Add okra pods, chopped cucumbers and cook through.
  2. Cut the okra pods and remove the stem ends. Mix everything with the seasoning and serve.
