Quinoa Rice Salad

Ingredients:

  • 40g carrots
  • 30g king oyster mushrooms
  • 30g seaweed
  • 20g basil
  • 30g red quinoa
  • 30g milled rice with embryo
  • 5g salt
  • 15g pumpkin seed oil

Directions:

  1. Dice the carrots, king oyster mushrooms and seaweed. Then, shred the basil.
  2. After soaking the rice in water, place it in a rice cooker.
  3. Add all the ingredients, salt and 100cc of water, and steam until cooked.
  4. When ready, toss the quinoa rice salad with pumpkin seed oil.
