Minty Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwifruits
  • 2 bananas
  • 10g mint leaves
  • 50g yoghurt
  • sugar

Directions:

  1. Add mint leaves, sugar and 120cc of water in a pan and bring to boil. Pour out the sugar water and set aside to cool.
  2. Add sugar to the remaining leaves and simmer till the sugar dissolves. Add some of the sugar water and cook until thicken. Remove the syrup from heat and let cool.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas and kiwifruits, add sugar water and toss.
  4. Mix yoghurt with the syrup and serve over the fruits.
