Deep-fried Banana Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 sheets of tofu skin
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 37.5g carrots
  • 37.5g vegetarian ham
  • Vegetarian pork floss
  • Fresh Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp crispy powder
  • 3 tsp flour
  • Handful of almond flakes

Directions:

  1. Prepare vegetarian ham and carrot strips, and pan-fry them until cooked.
  2. Cut the banana into halves, and cut the cucumber into strips.
  3. Mix flour, crispy powder with some water.
  4. Add mayonnaise to the readied ingredients and wrap them with a tofu skin.
  5. Soak the roll in the flour mixture, then coat it with almond flakes.
  6. Deep-fry the roll with medium heat until it turns crispy and golden. Cut into serving portions.
